
Hello! I'm here to listen and support your journey towards improved emotional wellbeing. With over 10 years of clinical and supervisory practice, teaching, and research, I have acquired a diverse set of evidence-based therapies that I apply to assist my clients. Psychological approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused (CFT), Acceptance Commitment (ACT) and Schema Therapy. If preferred, a Person-centred Therapy (PCT) Counselling approach can be taken. Whether dealing with trauma, neurodiversity, depression, low self-esteem or general life stressors, my goal is to create a secure and nurturing space for clients to delve into their thoughts and emotions as part of their online therapy. When necessary and with full respect for consent and confidentiality, I may collaborate with other practitioners to ensure personalised treatment that best suits your unique needs.

I offer individual therapy sessions for adults who are struggling with a range of emotional challenges. I also offer couples therapy sessions to help improve communication, resolve conflicts and enhance emotional connection. I will work collaboratively with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that is tailored to your unique goals.

Clinical supervision can be offered on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or bi-monthly basis, depending on necessity. I have experience of working with both students and experienced therapists. I am flexible in my approach and aim to understand and implement what works best for you and your caseload needs.
